I. Introduction
The working principle of the lumber edge sawing machine is to scan and analyze the plate through AI visual technology, identify the edge of the plate, and then calculate the optimal cutting size according to the photo results, to maximum utilizatoin rate of the lumber plate.
The camera is a high-speed industrial motion camera with high resolution and fast acquisition. High sensitivity, durability, stability, high-speed interface, versatility and other characteristics.
The movement of the lumber board feeding mechanism is controlled by frequency conversion and multi-stage speed, to assure the smooth transportation of the board, the equipment can realize remote service and support remote software upgrade.
